Shipping

 

Fulfillment Procedure
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
 
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. We will contact you if your order contains out of stock item(s). You can choose whether to ship partial, wait for all items to come to the warehouse, or cancel the entire order. Partial shipments may be subject to an additional cost.
 

Destinations
Continental Canadian and USA addresses. Remote locations will be charged the actual shipping cost. 
 

Surcharges
Website shopping carts cannot predict the delivery cost accurately to every destination. If shipping surcharges are required after an order is placed, Western Cart will try to find the least expensive way to ship and advise you of the additional charge. Surcharges may be applicable to free shipping promotions. You have the option to pay the surcharge or cancel the entire order for a full refund.

Confirmed Addresses
Western Cart will only ship to confirmed addresses of the billing address of the credit-card holder. Shipping is not available for APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

Sales Taxes

Western Cart collects sales tax based on the laws of the Province of British Columbia, the Federal Government of Canada, and any other tax jurisdiction that it sells to. If an order is not charge tax due to a promotion, policy, procedure, or website/order entry error, the appropriate tax will be submitted if applicable, in accordance with the appropriate tax jurisdiction. Western Cart reserves the right to cancel improperly taxed orders.

Returns Procedure

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS!

 

Exchanges and refunds by mail are only processed for wrong size, damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless specified otherwise. The returned merchandise must be accompanied with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) code obtained from a Western Cart representative and postmarked within 30 days of the original order. 

Only products with an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) code will be processed. Packages received without RMA code will be refused and returned to sender. Contact a Western Cart support person to obtain an RMA code. To ensure proper processing, you must use this format for your shipping label:

If the package is returning to Canada from the United States, please put on the top-middle of the envelope:

 

Canadian Goods Returning for Repair
Value for customs:  2.00 Dollars CDN

In addition, please include a note inside the package with the following details:

 

  • Reason for return (damage, defect, size, or wrong item(s)). 

  • Your contact information (Name, address, phone, email) 

  • What you want (exchange or refund)

Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchase or process a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase. Replacement shipping terms and costs are as per the "Shipping" policy outlined by Western Cart.
